Ordering Info:
A Complete signed purchase order must be supplied with each order. Quantities, ink color(s),
imprint location, size breakdowns, color of goods, method of shipment, in-hand date and any
special instructions must be included.

Art Charges:
$35.00 per hour, minimum $20.00. There is no charge for color separated, camera ready
or approved electronic file. Artwork can be pre-quoted, so please call.
4 color separations: $150.00-$250.00/design.

Acceptable Formats:
Macintosh Platform, Media: floppy, zip, CD, e-mail.
File: eps, illustrator, freehand, (.tiff or .jpeg) if black and white for one color design.

Artwork Ownership:
All film positives and screens become property of Bill-Mar. Camera ready art-work and electronic
media will be returned with invoice.

Quantities:
Pricing is based on the same design, per location, imprinted on the entire order. Orders cannot be
combined unless authorized. Allow additional screens for adult, youth, toddler and infant even
when the imprint is the same. Imprint may be reduced for youth and smaller garments.

Customer Supplied Goods:
Bill-Mar will not inspect for holes, defects or other imperfections. If during the printing process,
Bill-Mar finds obviously defective goods, they will set aside and returned to the customer
unprinted. It is the customer's responsibility to have the goods marked by purchase order when
drop shipped to Bill-Mar. If the packing slips shows the correct number of items, Bill-Mar
will imprint entire order.

Allowances:
Bill-Mar suggests that the customer allows an additional 1% of the goods to be added to the
actual needed quantity.

Claims:
All claims for defective printing and or shortages must be made within 30 days after receipt
of goods. Claims will not be allowed on goods that were washed, shorted or misprinted after
30 days.

Samples:
Pre-production samples or paper proofs with signed approval are suggested. Call for exact
pricing and production time.

Production Time:
Normal in-plant time is 15-20 working days after artwork and or production sample has been
approved. Call ahead if a quicker ship date is needed. RUSH Charge will be added to orders
needed in 10 days or less!

Price Discrepancies:
All claims that an involved price is different than a quoted or standard price must be made
within 15 days of shipment. Please review invoices carefully.

Shipping:
Shipping will go out standard UPS unless purchase order states otherwise. Shipping will be billed
"at cost". Drop shipments add $5.00 per location, local delivery available- call for pricing.

TERMS:
All orders must be pre-paid in full or the order will go out C.O.D. Net terms will be allowed after
2 orders are placed and credit approval. Accounts over 30 days will be subject to a 1% interest
charge.
